MIchigan, Florida, and Why I Don't Care

So, this morning I get my sleep interrupted by Governor Charlie Crist of Florida, bitching about Howard Dean “disenfranchising” voters in FLorida by not seating their delegates. You’ve got to be kidding me.

The Republican led Florida legislature, and the Republican Governor, none other than Mr. Crist himself, approved the legislation last May that eventually moved the primary from it’s original place, on or after Super Tuesday. If Governor Crist was so interested in not disenfranchising these voters, he would have vetoed the legislation. And all the ink being spilled today, largely making Dean look like the bad guy for not folding, is exactly why that legislation was passed in the first place, to make Democrats look bad.

Michigan is a whole nother issue. I’m not sure what got up their asses, but
